Achievement What are you ultimate goals? Everyone enjoys success, yet it is an elusive quality of life. How do we get more? Some of the important keys are described below.
ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM: How to achieve our ultimate goals is a science with rules we must follow. There are a number of specific skills that we must perform with great accuracy, preparation, motivation and intention. Each person has to identify and follow a plan to reach their goals. Each individual can learn how to master the science of success by developing the skills and attitudes to fulfill their dreams. Every individual’s specific plans can be improved by developing the power of their concentration, passion, memory, insight, logic and their motivation.
The ADAPTATION FACTOR How to cope with challenges and difficulties is an art, everyone does differently. Depending on each person’s experience we develop the perspectives, attitudes and skills to either adapt more or less effectively to outcomes we did not desire. How to become more flexible, adaptive, resilient and undefeatable is a very personal matter that each individual must learn. This becomes the art of life, creatively adapting to the challenges encountered. Mastering adaptation means that no matter what happens, you remain in control, you do not get stressed out, upset or disturbed. On the contrary, you remain focused, clear and active. You are able to be grateful for the experience, learn from it, knowing that nothing will stop you as you prepare a new approach to reach your ultimate goals. What ever the issue, problem or goal, each individual will proceed farther when they learn to minimize stress and maximize their skills to master and adapt to life.
5 MAIN LEVELS Regular Performance: this is any type of effort you engage in normally to complete tasks you start or participate in. This does not require any special skills or results. Sometimes you may succeed; other times you may not; either way, you are passively involved. Peak Performance: this is any single action done without error that completes your intentions. This activity is not compared to others; it reflects doing our personal best at that moment, like when a cook flips pancakes in a skillet. Any action that requires deliberate control and is executed flawlessly qualifies as a peak act. We have these all the time. Superior achievement: is any deliberate action performed extremely well compared to every other person’s results. This is defined as a level of excellence that is the top ten percent of performers. This indicates that, relative to others, this was clearly a superior performance; it may contain errors, but still exceeds a very high standard. Outstanding achievement: is reserved for the most exceptional actions performed superbly well compared to all others. The outstanding performance is unique and widely acknowledged as clearly demonstrating an extraordinary accomplishment that fits among the top one percent. These usually are highly practiced peak performances. Fulfillment: is the sense of achievement generated from any of the above levels of performance regardless of the degree of success. Fulfillment is most easily experienced through the gradual accumulation of small and large successes, as well as successful adaptation to difficulties or challenges encountered. It should not depend on or be compared to others.
The three spheres of consciousness This is a matter of determining what you are most conscious of. Every person is unique and different. Do you know what makes you special? Each sphere contains a sample of the elements or traits that are most directly associated with either the physical, emotional, or analytical dimensions. When you consider your traits, try to be as objective as you can. Keep the bell curve in mind. Compare yourself to the largest group of similar people to scale each response accurately. Use the 5 point scale described to note your opinion about each trait. Every person has to have at least a few high scores of "5" as well as a few low "1's" that is just normal. Most of the elements will be average or a bit below or above. Those elements that you scale at a "5" are exceptional. These are traits that are either highly developed, look very beautiful, or are performed exceedingly well by you. This group is likely a major part of your natural talents or predispositions. These can also indicate trouble with the unwanted traits and special advantages with desirable ones. Things that you scale at a 4 are areas of greater potential for you. These spheres are meant to increase your awareness of the internal factors that can influence your success or lack of it in life. There are many more hidden factors that also play a role. The elements listed in the three tables at least give you a general perspective of which factors may help you or interfere with your plans and goals. This is also about your predispositions. For example, short people do not make great basketball players. In the graph of the spheres below, Figure 5, write in what were your highest positive scores that are most important to you in each area. You may like to download full page graphs from the ShiftingPolarities.com website. List what you consider the best, strongest, talents, or predispositions, and what you think is your potential within each sphere. These are not careers or jobs; rather, these are real lists of your best advantages to achieve more if you focus and utilize these qualities.

You are obviously an exceptional individual who is ambitious and feels a great hunger to climb the ladder of achievement. Are you more interested in worldly goals or internal growth, or perhaps both? There are many paths to experience achievement, some of which are quite challenging, others relatively easy. Whatever path you are on, the following describe how to make your journey easier and more productive. What is the process? Mastering the science of successis the process of recognizing all the various large and small adjustments you must make in the steps you are taking to reach your goals. The more experience you collect about life, the easier it gets to change directions. Monitoring each step will assure that you are either getting closer to your goals or not. When life throws a major detour in your path, you must rely on adapting or the art of life. Whenever you are confronted by troubles, challenges, obstacles, rejection, failure, or just ending on the wrong road going the opposite direction you wanted to go in, stop and think up. Use your intuition, spontaneity, as well as your rational mind to reassess the situation and decide anew what to do. The Gold Keys apply here. Everything happens for a purpose. When you agree with that idea, then anything that you encounter can be considered a valuable experience. Especially when you are knocked off the path you want to be on, the previous intentions must be re-analyzed in the context of the new situation. You might decide to stay where you are, return to the beginning of the detour to continue the journey, start completely over, or any other possibility. This is mastering the art of life. The science of success is when you get on a direct highway that takes you straight to your ultimate destination at lightning speed and with total success. The better you master both these processes, the more fulfillment you can enjoy. The first step is to PLAN your future.
