The Keys to Shifting Polarities
Table 1. The JEEP Polarities 16
The locks are all the problems or the negative direction we go it.
The keys are all the solutions or positive directions you can shift in.
The main weakness of our brain is that we are prone to slide down into the negative direction and experience a lot of stress.
You must obtain what I call the vital knowledge and required skills to succeed in the game of life.
The Diamond Master Key is consciousness, your self awareness.
Dualities are the fundatmental nature of our reality.
When to use the rational, logical method and when to rely on intuition?
The way to improve the system is not to let illusions distort your perception.

Chapter 1 The Nature of the Universe page 39
The Cosmic Laws
Laws of Energy and Matter 42
Laws of Prediction 44
Laws of Abundance 46
Laws of Beingness 48
Summary – 13 Key points from this chapter.
Key 1
Every event has a cause and a consequence. Identify the correct causes and consequences and you may be able to gain better control of these events.
Key 2
Karma is the law of cause and effect in life. If you are mindful of your actions, it is possible to choose to do the right thing in order to produce good consequences in your life.
Key 3
There is an origin and a destiny for every event. We are free to make choices that determine what our futures will be. Recognizing our power and taking responsibility for our decisions are important actions.
Key 4
There is a mechanism for every cause. There is a purpose for each event. By understanding how something works and why it happens, we gain vital knowledge to deal with our world.
Key 5
The laws of energy and matter provide the basis for relativity. Good structures and positive energy have many advantages. Keep energy moving, constantly flowing, and when the exchange is balanced or positive, the results are rewarding.
Key 6
Become aware of resonance, that is, when two things are vibrating in harmony. Positive resonance indicates that you are in sync with another source of energy.
Key 7
The forces of evolution promote greater order and stability in your world.
Key 8
The forces of chaos create uncertainty, even destruction. Chaos is a constant, although minor, factor in daily events. By taking it into account, we can prepare for the unexpected and deal with it more effectively.
Key 9
We all wish to predict the future. The truth is that neither logic nor intuition can guarantee to make accurate predictions of what will be. There are no guarantees. It is wise to have contingency plans to be prepared for surprises.
Key 10
The laws of abundance provide amazing diversity, with large spectrums and extreme polarities in our world. This is the nature of our world. When we embrace these facts, we can take advantage of this abundance.
Key 11
The principle of polarities offers us the freedom to decide where we want to be on some spectrum – the key is to shift directions and explore the opposite pole of where you are.
Key 12
The laws of beingness were formed in the mysteries of the universe, giving us the ability to become subjectively aware and more importantly, internally conscious of objective reality.
Key 13
The principle of perspective requires that we escape our subjective experience and seek a greater, more objective reality through the faculties of our mind.

Table 4. The 3 Spheres of Conscious Energy System 64
Summary: 13 Key points from this chapter
Key 14
We all inherit traits, potential, and predispositions from our parents; then it remains up to each individual to actualize the positive possibilities through every means available; nurture is more important than our nature.
Key 15
We are a product of the universe; consciousness is our portal to experience ourselves and everything around us.
Key 16
The mind first constructs a subjective experience of our world that tends to be flawed until we reconstruct an objective reality with our conscious awareness.
Key 17
The reason we believe anything our subjective mind experiences is because the mind establishes a sense of identity that demands continuity, stability, and dependability. The more confident we become, the easier it is to accept differences between our first impression of reality and what it objectively is.
Key 18
There is a difference between the brain and mind. The separation of function creates a duality so that the brain’s perceptions can be interpreted by the mind.
Key 19
To master every situation you must develop the power of the conscious mind to effectively direct your attention wherever it must focus.
Key 20
Our nature is to repeat patterns. The most important patterns are the ones that drive us into action to achieve goals as well as those patterns that stop us from doing so.
Key 21
Achievement depends on developing superior skills of concentration as well as shifting attention to the next important subject.
Key 22
Our needs are hierarchically organized: the lower physical and emotional needs tend to demand more attention than the abstract higher needs for self-actualization.
Key 23
When you identify what are your primary needs, you gain leverage to change patterns and achieve goals. This requires that you determine sustainable means to satisfy your needs.
Key 24
Delayed gratification is a vital skill to develop because we are all easily influenced by immediate rewards.
Key 25
Achievement requires us to identify our natural strengths, talents, skills, and abilities. These potentials must be cultivated, practiced, and developed to reach the level of excellence (top ten percent performance).
Key 26
Human nature is divided into three Spheres of activity: the physical, emotional, and analytical. By identifying all the best talents you have in each field, it is easy to build up your expertise and superior experience. Remember practical skills are better than theoretical ones.
Key 27
The greatest sense of fulfillment we can obtain is from doing things that we are naturally talented in and feel a superior sense of competency when performing; that can give us the experience of authentic happiness.

Table 5. The Lower Nature 72
Table 6. Two parts of the Autonomic Nervous System 73
What is the Automatic Part of the Triplex System? 74
What is the Deliberate System in the Triplex Mind? 76
Summary: 13 Key points from this chapter.
Key 28
To understand how the mind works, refer to the Triplex Mind Map, which is divided into three parts: the Reflexive, Automatic and Deliberate.
Key 29
The Reflexive part is our inborn, internal radar that is designed to protect us from threats.
Key 30
The four categories of instinctual emotions are fear, anger, pain, and disgust; together they represent our lower nature, which turns on stress.
Key 31
The stress system is significantly bigger, faster, and more dominant as compared to the relaxation system, which is much smaller, slower, and must be used deliberately in order to turn off stress.
Key 32
Stress has very serious consequences on our well being; if it is not limited, it will cause harm.
Key 33
The Automatic part of the mind simplifies any behaviors we repeat into internal patterns or programs that we perform subconsciously.
Key 34
The key is to raise your awareness of your automatic patterns to determine if any are not truly valuable, to transform them into more positive programs.
Key 35
The Deliberate part of the mind is the ultimate control center responsible for all development.
Key 36
The Deliberate mind is the seat of consciousness through which we experience and respond to the world by directing our attention more effectively.
Key 37
The Deliberate mind is the source of intentions, purposeful actions, and is home to our sense of Iness or identity, which is the reason we perform actions deliberately.
Key 38
The Analytical part of the mind is the source of our logic, ability to analyze, make judgments and decisions about our life, all of which occur in the deliberate mind.
Key 39
There are two forms of attention: 1) focused with concentration and 2) alert, but constantly shifting to the next important subject. These are the only directions our conscious attention can go in.
Key 40
All three parts of the mind compete for control of the other two; only the deliberate part can purposefully take control from the other two.
Key 41
The main key is that we learn to increase our awareness to identify the illusions, distortions, or errors our mind is making and correct them. Consciousness is the only vehicle that allows us to escape the lower subjective orbit and access a higher, potentially more objective, and real perspective.

What is the Higher Nature? 90
Table 7. The Higher Nature: The Positive Polarity 91
Are you mastering or adapting to life? 92
Summary: 13 Key points from this chapter.
Key 42
The Deliberate, or higher mind, is the source of all our noble, healthy, positive attitudes and emotions, like love, freedom, justice, optimism, courage, resilience, acceptance, and so on.
Key 43
The brain is designed with astronomical power to serve our needs, but it remains very easily fooled, caught in illusions, distortions, jumping to wrong conclusions, and is the cause of our stress.
Key 44
There are four modalities of communication: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and cerebral. Each of us has subtle preferences for dealing with one type of information over another, which helps us communicate more effectively.
Key 45
There are three agencies: the power of perception, the power of judgment, and will power. Each agency utilizes many skills to enable us to perform the three basic tasks.
Key 46
The powers of perception are based on the skills and knowledge of observing and recognizing the important features for you to master the situation.
Key 47
The powers of judgment are based on the skills and knowledge of analyzing, comparing, evaluating, and predicting outcomes so as to make a decision about what is best.
Key 48
Will power is based on recruiting the energy and passion to increase the motivation, ambition, determination, endurance, patience, and whatever else is required to achieve your goals.
Key 49
The key to being deliberate is found in following the steps through the three agencies of power and by clearly establishing your intentions, with all the details necessary to realize them.
Key 50
The owner of your deliberate mind is the conscious higher self. This is your core identity, essence, and continuous sense of “Iness,” which directs all the other parts from within the higher mind.
Key 51
The higher mind operates using the resources from our five institutes. Each concept refers to the internal work the mind does to achieve any task, beginning with memory, then imagination, passion, curiosity, and ultimately creativity.
Key 52
The higher nature contains all the positive emotions that are the polar opposites to the lower nature. Courage, acceptance, happiness, and love form the major categories. (See Table 7)
Key 53
Most of the positive emotions in the higher nature must be learned; they are not in-born. Only with the appropriate instructions and experiences are we able to express these healthy emotions.
Key 54
The higher mind gives us the vision, passion, desires, and skills to play the game of life. If we learn to shift polarities to express our positive emotions rather than the lower ones, we will be able to enjoy the game and avoid stress.
Key 55
The deliberate mind can always harness the power of consciousness to raise your awareness and see a bigger perspective. This allows you to reverse directions, escape the lower nature, overcome negative patterns, and shift polarities to embrace your higher nature and to direct your life meaningfully.

Table 10 - Psychological Defense Systems 114
Summary: 16 Key points from this chapter.
Key 56
The locks represent the inherent problems in the universe, the brain, or the way your mind works, which imprison you and often cause stress and misery.
Key 57
The keys represent the vital knowledge and required skills that will correct and even prevent the natural problems that all the locks cause and will minimize our stress levels.
Key 58
Our freedom is limited by the faulty way our Triplex mind works. There are locks on all three levels of the mind that require specific keys to unlock them. There are also cosmic locks that affect the ways we think about life.
Key 59
The locks can be any limitation on our freedom be it physical, emotional, intellectual, social, economic, or anything else that causes grief.
Key 60
Every person has a different set of locks that have a direct effect on one or more of the four basic psychological factors that affect everything we do: judgment, emotions, energy, and patterns.
Key 61
The locks can cause poor judgments, floods of negative emotions, blockage or loss of energy, and destructive patterns that interfere with our life.
Key 62
There are many different jails that represent the loss of freedom to do what is best for us or others and leads to some form of destructive actions.
Keys 63
Most people do not realize that they are in any type of prison; however, if you experience any lack of freedom to pursue your goals, happiness, or deal with stress or grief, then you are locked up.
Key 64
Stress is any situation that causes your mind or body to struggle to regain balance, comfort or a sense of control. The degree to which you experience stress speeds up your aging process.
Key 65
The consequences of stress can be minor or even deadly. They can affect every area of life. In the body stress will begin to cause bad effects on one or more physical systems.
Key 66
The reflexive mind is the source of our lower nature emotions with which we are born. The categories of fear, anger, pain and disgust are about 20x easier to experience than positive emotions.
Key 67
The automatic mind is the source of our negative patterns and programs that we can learn very easily. We are all born with this ability to create physical, emotional or intellectual routines.
Key 68
Through our experience, we learn the other locks: energy imbalance, distorted perceptions, and misdirected efforts of our deliberate minds.
Key 69
The locks we develop within the deliberate mind cause confusion, interfere with our judgment, derail our will power, and evoke the wrong higher emotions.
Key 70
Each key offers the information or skill you need to regain balance in your mind or body. The general rule is to think “up,” raising your awareness from the lower reflexive, or automatic minds, up to the deliberate mind to regain control.
Key 71
The psychological defenses we normally rely on primarily help us to cope and do not correct the problems, eliminate the stress, or make us feel much better.
Key 72
The principle of polarity shifting means that if you experience unwanted, negative events, you must reverse directions and go to the polar opposite to escape stress and enjoy success.

How to be wealthy? 122
Table 12. Brief list of what makes us feel wealthy 122
What about falling off the ladder? 124
Summary: 8 Key points from this chapter.
Key 73
The key to happiness is to search and discover it personally. Once you know exactly what you want, then it is easier to obtain it and be happy.
Key 74
The key to find fulfillment in life is to maintain a positive and realistic attitude that promotes balance and harmony in the face of the normal troubles of life.
Key 75
We all keep score sheets in our heads about our fulfillment; the better we get at noticing and counting our successes, the faster, higher, and more easily we climb the ladder of fulfillment.
Key 76
It is important to evaluate your life objectively, first how you see yourself and secondly, how you think others see you. Together, this information can give a better measure of fulfillment.
Key 77
Jealousy and envy are negative emotions from the reflexive mind. To fight these sensations, you must shift polarities and go in the opposite direction and seek your own abundance and happiness.
Key 78
The first key to prosperity is to recognize what you have or can easily acquire an abundance of. Then you work at developing those special talents until you reach a level of excellence. Knowing that you are really competent (top 10%) gives you a feeling of achievement, wealth, and fulfillment.
Key 79
Remember, feeling wealthy or prospering in life is not reducible to money; there are countless ways to experience a rewarding sense of abundance in life.
Key 80
Calculate your risks carefully; the cost of failure is limited to a learning experience so long as you are determined to keep trying until you succeed.
